Return Policy

At Windia Garden, we take pride in the quality and freshness of our teas. Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns of opened food items. However, your satisfaction is important to us.

If there is an issue with your order, we’re here to help:

  • Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Email us at [your email] with your order number and a photo of the issue, and we will gladly send a replacement or issue a refund.

  • Unopened Items: Unopened tea tins may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund, minus shipping costs. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

  • Custom Orders & Gift Wraps: All custom gift sets and personalized orders are final sale and cannot be returned.
